Cook the dumpling 

  1. Boil Water: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Ensure there's enough water to submerge the dumplings completely.

  2. Add Dumplings: Carefully drop the free-range dumplings into the boiling water. Gently stir to prevent sticking.

  3. Cook Dumplings: Boil the dumplings for about 5-6 minutes or until they float to the surface. Keep an eye on them to avoid overcooking.

 Prepare Dipping Sauce: 5 different sauces to choose from, depending on your preference!

  1. Traditional Soy Ginger Dipping Sauce:

    • Soy sauce
    • Rice vinegar
    • Freshly grated ginger
    • A touch of sugar (optional)
    • Chopped green onions or cilantro for garnis
  2. Ponzu Dipping Sauce:

    • Ponzu sauce (a citrus-based soy sauce)
    • Sesame oil
    • Rice vinegar
    • A pinch of sugar
    • Finely chopped green onions
  3. Creamy Peanut Dipping Sauce:

    • Peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
    • Soy sauce
    • Rice vinegar
    • Sesame oil
    • Garlic powder or minced garlic
    • Water (to thin out the sauce to desired consistency)
  4. Garlic Sesame Dipping Sauce:

    • Soy sauce
    • Minced garlic
    • Toasted sesame oil
    • Rice vinegar
    • Red pepper flakes (for a kick)
  5. Hoisin-Soy Dipping Sauce:

    • Hoisin sauce
    • Soy sauce
    • Rice vinegar
    • Sesame oil
    • Thinly sliced green onions

Serve the dumplings hot with the prepared dipping sauce on the side.
