Cook the rice!
1. Cut up Ingredients:
a. Dice the carrots.
b. Cut up the Garlics, Spring Onions and Red Onions.
c. Cut the Sausages in bite sizes.
2. Cook the egg
a. After heating up the pan, put some oil.
b. Crack and cook the egg in scramble form.
c. Bring up the egg and add it inside the rice.
3. Blanch the enoki in hot water.
4. Cook the prawn in hot water.
5. Start cooking the fried rice.
a. Once the pan is heated up, put some oil.
b. Start adding the ingredients to stir-fry. (Onions, Carrots, Corn).
c. After stir-frying for afew minutes, add in the garlic.
d. Add in sausage, spring onion and enoki.
e. After stir-frying for about 5minutes, add in the rice mix and start to fry.
f. Add in the light soy sauce.
g. Stir-fry for about a total of 4 minutes and sprinkle some salt.
h. Add in the prawns and the remaining green onion.
i. Stir-fry for about 5 more minutes and you're ready to serve.
