Our high-efficiency pork boning facility caters to a growing area within our customer portfolio. Our high capacity output is recognised by our 16,000 – 18,000 to a max of 28,000 pork sides a month. Jordon also maintains product integrity thanks to a separate, well-equipped boning area.

Our low-temperature humidity-controlled refrigerated cutting house, imposes a strict control system to uphold meat quality, safety, freshness and hygiene standards.
