Cooking Instructions

Follow the packaging instructions first. If frozen, thaw items in the refrigerator overnight and remove packaging before heating.

Preheat the oven to 160°C.

1. Place ribs in an ovenproof dish, add a splash of water and cover with foil.
2. Heat for approximately 25–40 minutes, until the centre reaches 74°C.
3. Remove foil for the final 5–10 minutes to lightly brown.

Mushroom Sauce with Truffle Oil: Pour into a saucepan and heat gently, stirring frequently, until bubbling and thoroughly hot. Spoon over the ribs or serve on the side.
