REHEATING GUIDE

Warm your festive favourites to perfection! Always ensure the internal temperature reaches 75°C before serving.

Note: Remove all packaging before reheating. Microwave is not recommended.

OVEN REHEATING

Turkey
Temperature: 150°C Time: 80-90 mins
Cut the turkey into half and place it on an oven tray. Add about 30 ml (2 tbsp) of water and cover with aluminium foil. Roast until the internal temperature reaches 75°C.

Ham
Temperature: 150°C Time: 35-45 mins
Cut the ham into half and place it on a tray. Add about 30 ml (2 tbsp) of water, cover with aluminium foil, and reheat until the internal temperature reaches 75°C.

Pork Knuckle
Temperature: 150°C Time: 35-45 mins
Cut in half, place on tray, add 30 ml (2 tbsp) of water, and cover with aluminium foil. Reheat until the internal temperature reaches 75°C.

Chicken with Potato Stuffing
Temperature: 150°C Time: 45-55 mins
Cut in half, place on tray, add 30 ml (2 tbsp) of water, cover with aluminium foil, and reheat until the internal temperature reaches 75°C.

Roasted Pork Belly Roulade with Applewood Bacon
Temperature: 150°C Time: 45-55 mins
Cut in half, place on tray, add 30 ml (2 tbsp) of water, cover with aluminium foil, and reheat until the internal temperature reaches 75°C.
**Pork Belly Roulade Stuffed With Apricot - Reheat with Netting and remove before consumption.

Gammon Ham (Bone-In)
Temperature: 170°C Time: 90-120 mins
Cut in half, place on tray, add 30 ml (2 tbsp) of water, cover with aluminium foil, and roast until the internal temperature reaches 75°C.

Ribeye Roast Beef
Temperature: 150°C Time: 35-45 mins
Cut in half, place on tray, add 30 ml (2 tbsp) of water, cover with aluminium foil, and reheat until the internal temperature reaches 75°C.

AIR FRYER REHEATING

Sausages
Temperature: 170°C Time: 10-12 mins
Place sausages in tray, cover lightly with aluminium foil, and heat until the internal temperature reaches 75°C.

Honey Glazed Pork Ribs
Temperature: 170°C Time: 15-20 mins
Cut ribs into half, place on tray, cover lightly with foil, and heat until the internal temperature reaches 75°C.

Chestnut Stuffing / Meat Loaf
Temperature: 170°C Time: 15-20 mins
Cut loaf into half, place on tray, cover lightly with foil, and heat until the internal temperature reaches 75°C.

Smoked Duck Breast
Temperature: 170°C Time: 10-12 mins
Cut duck breast into half, place on tray, cover lightly with foil, and heat until the internal temperature reaches 75°C.

BOIL IN WATER REHEATING

Sauce / Soup
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Place the sealed packet of sauce or soup into the boiling water.
- Sauce: 10-12 mins
- Soup: 15-20 mins
Do not open the packaging.
Do not microwave.
